We have been to may events over the years at which Gene was the DJ, and we have never been disappointed by his performance. We might be biased, but we're certain our own wedding was his best yet. Gene made it possible for us to relax and enjoy our own reception, by making all the right annoucements at all the right times, and helping us stick to our timetable. The dance floor was never empty, and many of our guests commented that it was the best party they had attended in years. Thank you, Gene. Hope to see you at another event soon.

Gene is wonderful! We got married in DE but lived and planned our wedding from Central New Jersey. Gene made planning the details of our reception while living 3+ hours away a breeze! He was prompt, responsive and was able to provide us with vaulable insight from his years of experience as a DJ. Anytime we had a question he was there! Our wedding day was fairly chaotic. An electrical issue caused us to get married an hour or so late, but Gene was happy to work with us on the fly to alter out reception timeline. We were able to make the adjustments we needed to get back on track and enjoy the day. The music selection was great. Gene's ability to flow between songs and reception events (i.e. cake cutting) allowed the reception to flow seamlessly. We had a blast and noticed lots of family and friends that didn't leave the dance floor all night. We highly recommend Gene & Top Hat Entertainment!

We were very pleased with Gene! As were our guests, he was so organized! There were some bumps and snares and just like the calvary, Gene stepped up and smoothed Them!
